General Policies
In stock items shipped the next day. Standard orders shipped within 14 days. Custom design orders shipped in approximately 30 days.
Other Policies
Full payment is due when placing an order. Credit cards will be charged at the time of order placement. Additional shipping charges may by incurred if multiple items ordered cannot be shipped together due to availability. Price reflected at date of order will be final price, no changes for market fluctuations will be allowed, whether in the customer's favor or ours. All orders are subject to the gold nuggets and findings availability.

Return Policies
We will not accept returns unless due to manufacturer's defect. We will repair or replace and return the item to you. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. We will pay for shipping back to you.
